Hello!

You've reached your eighth smoke-free month – what a reason to celebrate! It wasn't always easy, and might still be difficult at times, but you've managed to stick to it. Your determination won out over the call of the cigarettes, and that is a huge personal victory. Look how you can succeed in what you take on! Does it make you want to take on another challenge? Go for it! A new challenge will not only allow you to accomplish something else, it'll help keep the desire to smoke from occupying your thoughts.

Thank yourself for each smoke-free day!

Looking for ways to thank yourself?

Tip of the month
Take a little time each day to thank yourself.

Whether it's in front of the mirror, while brushing your teeth or while taking a walk, make this moment of gratitude a daily habit!

Thank yourself for each smoke-free day!

When was the last time you thanked yourself? Or acknowledged the great decision you made to quit smoking and the good it does for you? It's quite possible that you don't remember, or that you've never done it. Because we rarely thank ourselves.

Of course we thank others. Without a doubt, you've said “thank you” to many of those close to you for their support in your quitting process – as well as your doctor, your pharmacist, the resource people who helped you… But to yourself? After all, the result is the fruit of your decision and your own effort.
