Fibre fills the stomach more rapidly, you eat fewer calories and don’t feel hungry as fast. Fibre is found in wholegrain cereal and bread, in fruits and vegetables, and in legumes. To increase your fibre intake, there’s no need to change your whole diet! Simply replace white bread in the morning by multigrain bread, choose wholegrain pasta, have a piece of fruit instead of juice; get to know with legumes by enjoying lentil soup or chickpea salad; treat yourself to a bowl of raspberries; bite into a pear, etc.
Always have water or another zero-calorie beverage (herbal tea, soda water) on hand. Buy yourself a nice glass or a wacky cup. Another advantage of drinking: it will keep your skin suppler. So drink up!
