I'm Butting Out! e-mails

When you register for the Quit to Win! Challenge, you can choose the option of subscribing free of charge to our series of I’m Butting Out! e-mails. You’ll receive encouraging messages with practical suggestions to help you get ready to butt out, deal with withdrawal and stay motivated

The e-mails are dated in relation to when you quit smoking and will start two weeks before your quitting date. You’ll receive one message per week until the fourth month after quitting, and then one per month until you’ve gone one year without smoking.
