1. Winners must be Canadian residents aged 18 and older, or have a duly completed parental consent form.
2. The prize must be used between April 30, 2012, and April 30, 2013.
3. Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to departure.
4. No extension of the planned applicable period is permitted and the prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
5. It is the winner’s responsibility—along with their travelling companions’ if applicable—to obtain adequate travel insurance prior to departure. The winner must cover insurance costs.
6. Destination airport taxes, airport improvement fees, security fees, and fuel surcharges are included in the travel certificate of $4,000.
7. The winner—along with their travelling companion(s) if applicable—must have the same dates of departure and return on their airline tickets.
8. The winner is responsible for all personal expenses.
9. It is the winner’s responsibility—and their travelling companions’ if applicable—to obtain all necessary travel documentation (passport, visa, etc.) prior to departure.
